Their all original Mexican recipes are from Gilda's mother Alice. And this Spokane family continues her special touches with this line of freshly made salsas and chips.

Flour Chip

Ingredients: flour tortillas [enriched bleached wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin; folic acid); hydrogenated soy bean oil and/or palm oil; contains 2% or less of salt; sugar; leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum sulfate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate and/or sodium acid pyrophosphate, calcium sulfate); distilled monoglycerides; enzymes; wheat starch; calcium carbonate; antioxidants (tocopherols, ascorbic acid, citric acid); cellulose gum; guar gum; dough conditioners (fumaric acid, sodium metabisulfite and/or mono-and diglycerites)], calcium propionate, and sorbic acid (to preserve freshness) deep fried in corn oil.

Corn Chip

Ingredients: stone-ground yellow corn masa flour, water, trace of lime, preservative (sodium propionate and sorbic acid). Deep fried in corn oil.
